Wonton Fillings, Easy & Delicious!

Packed with hearty vegetables and superfoods like Korean dried seaweed flakes, this easy-to-make Wonton filling is perfect for weekday dinners and potluck parties.
Ingredients :
- 500g vegan chicken
- 2 medium carrots, finely diced
- 2 TBSP Korean dried seaweed flakes (optional)
- 2 clove garlic, finely diced
- ¼ cup water, for cooking
Method
(1) Preheat an air fryer or a oven to 200℃. Add in vegan chicken, cook for about 7 minutes. Let cool and then cut into smaller pieces.
(2) In a non-stick pan, add in water and garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes. Add diced vegan chicken, carrots, seaweed flakes and more water if needed. Sauté mixture for about 5-10 minutes.
(3) Remove mixture from pan. Let cool completely. Use it as wonton filling or serve as a dish if you like. Enjoy!
