Snack Attack - Salsa Dip

The Salsa dip is very nutritious as it uses all raw ingredients. Eating the Salsa dip will refresh you during your breaks and you are sure to hunt for more. As it is easily digested and low in calories, this may very well be your best friend in your weight loss diet programme.
Ingredients
3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced.
1 cup of chopped fresh coriander
2 medium onions, chopped
4 pieces of garlic
1 green chilli; seedless and chopped. (Alternative option: ½ green capsicum, diced)
3 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of honey or brown sugar
Pinches of rock salt and grounded black pepper
Method
1) Prepare a bowl that is big enough to put all the ingredients stated above. Mix them well.
2) The dish is ready to serve. Salsa dip is best served with original or home-made Nachos chips.

Aren't chips unhealthy? The dip is just another salad. How does it taste like to be eaten with chips?
